Social Skills Workshop

Social skills workshops help children develop socio-emotional skills through play, creative activities, and group work. The goal is for children to better understand and express their emotions, build relationships with peers, and participate naturally in social situations. Workshops are conducted in small groups of up to six children, guided by professionals and incorporating various materials such as crayons, cardboard, cameras, and toys, along with psychotherapeutic techniques.

Focus of the Treatment

  • Developing social interactions and spontaneity

  • Understanding and expressing emotions

  • Nonverbal communication: facial expressions, body posture, and gestures

  • Building relationships with peers through shared play and activities

  • Helping children recognize and use nonverbal cues in communication

  • Developing emotional intelligence and the ability to express emotions

  • Encouraging active participation in games and activities with peers

  • Strengthening self-confidence and spontaneity in social situations

Duration and Frequency

  • The frequency and duration of workshops are adapted to the needs of the group and individual goals of each child, with group sessions typically held once a week for 50 minutes
