Sanja Antanasijević

Sanja Antanasijević graduated from the Faculty of Special Education and Rehabilitation at the University of Belgrade, earning the title of Special Education Specialist – Intellectual Disability Specialist (Oligophrenologist).

She gained professional experience working with children with developmental difficulties across various educational and therapeutic institutions. She worked as a special education educator in an inclusive preschool program, where she was responsible for planning and delivering educational activities and supporting the inclusion of children with developmental disabilities in mainstream preschool groups. She also worked in a primary and secondary school for children with special needs, where she developed individualized education plans and provided psychosocial support to students and their families.

She has furthered her expertise through psychotherapy training, having completed a foundational course in transactional analysis. She also participated in professional conferences, including Defectology Days 2022, where she presented on the importance of motor development in children with developmental challenges.

At the Dr. Selaković clinic, she is involved in child developmental assessments and treatment planning, with a focus on enhancing psychomotor functioning. She places particular emphasis on working with parents, offering guidance and support to help them continue developmental work at home.
