Speech Therapy
Speech therapy involves a range of interventions aimed at early stimulation of speech and language development, including receptive language (understanding and meaning of words) and expressive language (speech production). It also supports socio-emotional development by fostering joint attention, play, and interest in others. These interventions are implemented through play-based methods and techniques from ABA therapy, Floortime, and other approaches. At our practice, speech therapy sessions are tailored to the individual needs of each child. Based on an assessment of the child’s current level of speech and language functioning, a personalized treatment plan is created.
