Physical Education
Physical activities at our center are designed based on the principles of the Japanese Higashi School, which applies the Daily Life Therapy methodology to regulate the body's core rhythms. These activities help children improve concentration, build strength, and develop a sense of relaxation and comfort in their bodies. Additionally, group exercises foster social skills and a sense of belonging.
